MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE UPDATES

The next release 2.5.1.0 will be available from 20th January 2014.

(BinderCloud UAT will be unavailable on Saturday 18th January whilst essential updates are processed)

Release notes:

·         Contract Information

o   Data fields received from XB into BinderCloud cannot be edited by the user to reduce potential mistakes. All updates to be processed in XB.

o   Contract Inception and Expiry dates show date and time data (sent from XB)

o   Carrier Lines tab improved – Carrier lines are split by section

·         Bordereaux validation

o   Added audit object to see which user accepted or rejected warnings on a Bordereaux.

o   New validation rule has been developed to check and avoid potential Risk declarations duplicating. Existing risk in BinderCloud is now searched by 5 fields: Policy Ref, Insured Name, Policy Inception, Expiry Date, Business Class

·         Document Search – field added to search by Document name

·         Reports

o   Total Incurred value has been added to each policy shown within the Location Spot Map, along with TIV values

o   Portfolio Report improved to display updated repository field names and remove unrequired headings

o   Aggregates report – new column Wind Storm Limit has been added
