MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE UPDATES

The next release, BinderCloud Production v3.1.4, will be available from Monday 13th June 2016.

(BinderCloud will briefly be unavailable between 8pm -12am on Sunday 12th June while essential updates are processed)

The following items are included in this release and will be available in Production from Tuesday 8th March 2016.

Contract

- Resolves an issue where the "PI to Date" value from a previous contract was copied to a new contract when using the "Copy" function. (IBCL1601330)

- Resolves an issue where the "Brokerage" column was missing from the Risk BDX Data screen (IBCL1601536)

- Resolves an issue where the "Load Document" button needed to be selected twice when using IE (IBCL1601523)

- Resolves an issue where multiple Risk Codes could not be set against a Section. (IBCL1601618)

- Resolves an issue where multiple limits applied to a Section could not be saved. (IBCL1601619)

- Resolves an issue where updated Risk Declaration entries were not shown in the Risk BDX Data tab (IBCL1601818)

- Resolves an issue where Risk BDX Data values were incorrectly shown as negative values. (IBCL1601729 / IBCL1601794)

Bordereaux Service screen

- Resolves an issue where the "Lead/Follow" filter returned incorrect results. (IBCL1601440)

- Resolves an issue where some statuses were missing from the "Queue Status" filter. (IBCL1601726)

- Resolves an issue where periods were incorrectly sorted. (IBCL1601622)

- Resolves an issue where the "Uploaded Yes/No" filter was missing. (IBCL1601624)

- Revised/Supplementary labels have now been added to the Bordereaux Service screen and extract. (IBCL1601724)

- Resolves an issue where the Customer User Name was not updating. (IBCL1601730)

- Resolves an issue where the "Document Status" was missing from the Bordereaux Service extract. (IBCL1601725)

- Resolves an issue where uploaded Bordereaux were reported as overdue. IBCL1601715

- Resolves an issues where the Bordereaux Reconciliation report provided Risk and Premium data summaries on Risk/Premium Mappings. Only Premium summaries will be provided going forward. (IBCL1601728)

Mapping Studio

- Resolves an issue where the customer was unable to change the Customer User name. (IBCL1601444 / IBCL1601838)

- There is now an option to add a description to Parsing Rules. (IBCL1601421)

- The "Enrichments" screen layout has been updated.  (IBCL1601391)

- Resolves an issue where all headers and data were reported as non-mandatory on the "Specification" screen. (IBCL1601820)

Bordereaux Processing

- Resolves an issue where Contract members we able to see unreleased documents metadata within the Bordereaux Processing Queue. (IBCL1601544 / IBCL1501183)

- Notifications have been updated to include “Bordereau Period - MMM yyyy” to the message body. The subject line and message body of all Workflow notifications has also been updated. (IBCL1601723)

- Resolves an issue where data was not appearing on the Lloyds Claim Output Mapping. (IBCL1601522)

- Resolves an issue where QuoteCloud XML processing times were taking longer than expected. (IBCL1601727)

- Resolves an issue with Revised Risk Bordereaux. (IBCL1601786 / IBCL1601878)

Reporting

- Resolves an issue with running the Aggregate Report for one particular Contract. (IBCL1500824)

- Resolves an issue where Off Bordereaux Claim transactions were excluded from the Earned to Incurred report (IBCL1601661)

- Resolves an issue regarding the earning pattern of Bordereaux outside of the Contract Period (AP/RP).

Portal

- Resolves an issue where long telephone numbers (Ireland) were unable to be stored against user profiles. (IBCL1601374)
