MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE UPDATES

The next release, BinderCloud Production v3.1.3, will be available from Monday 16th May 2016.

(BinderCloud will briefly be unavailable between 6am – 9am on Saturday 14th May while essential updates are processed)

The following items are included in this release and will be available in Production from Tuesday 8th March 2016.

Currency Conversion

1. Customers can upload Rates of Exchange in MS Excel format based upon agreed format template for a specific bordereau period
2. The ability to Add or Edit specific exchange rates will be available
3. All exchange rates will be held for auditability for all historical bordereau periods (currency conversion date). No limits will be imposed to restrict how far into the past exchange rates may be kept. The customer will be responsible for loading all applicable exchanges rates post release of this new functionality into Production.
4. When a standard or user definable report is produced the appropriate exchanges rates per bordereau period will be included. 
5. If the applicable exchange rate has not been loaded into BinderCloud then a warning should be provided when running a standard report.

Earned to Incurred Report

Users will now have the option to run the Earned to Incurred with the data summarised by Section. Previously users could only view data by main classes of business.

Portfolio Analysis Report

The Build Date Pivot bandings have been updated to incorporate "Unknown" years  and "Prior to 1900"

Output Bordereaux

BinderCloud now provides  multiple options for converting and outputting bordereaux data. Options consist of outputting Contracts "In-Force" data, output all contract data, create a copy of input data (existing function). 

EEA Validation

New validation to check whether a Zip Code / Postal Code is populated when the Country is in the EEA (European Economic Area).

MSLI Validation

New validation to check whether a State / Provence / Canton etc. is populated when the Country requires Mandatory State Level Information (MSLI) and that the State information relates to that specific Country.

New Mapping Logic

The ability to "collapse" insured items prior to enrichments being calculated has been added

A new skip rule has been added to allow mappings to skip specific years of account. 

Bug Fixes

Resolves an issue where the Administrator trading partner was removed from the contract when updates were sent from GLOBAL XB

Resolves an issue where the Bordereaux period is not correctly reflected when an update is made to a policy.
